Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your vibrant new look, but if your Splat Hair Color purchase isn't quite right, we accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the unopened products in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return shipping label or use a carrier of your choice to send the items back to our processing center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
